Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)

What is EFT/Tapping? EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques, and it is also known as Tapping.  The ‘Tapping’ name comes from the fact that it is an easy, self-administered tapping process on our meridian points, also know acupressure.

The meridian points come from the ancient study of acupuncture. Only instead of needles, you tap on certain spots while talking about an issue or problem you have.

EFT can remove negative emotions (past and present), disempowering limiting beliefs, and physical problems like pain. Even though it seems rather impossible that such a simple, easy to learn tapping process could be that beneficial, millions of people have found it to be a fast, easy, and very effective and lasting way to deal with these issues and more.

I have had advanced training with this technique and have been using it for myself, and my clients for over 8 years. I find it a perfect tool to enhance the hypnosis work I do.  Using both modalities together has doubled the success rate of my clients.  I love teaching my clients how to use the EFT on their own so they feel empowered to continue their success in their life.
